Design, development and a practical plan for your business.
Is this the right fit?
Start with what your business needs.
For businesses moving an existing WordPress site to another hosting account or changing its domain or environment.
01
Inventory the installation and accounts
A migration starts with the site files, database, uploads, domain settings and integrations. We identify what must move and what stays with another provider. Email hosting, DNS and third-party account ownership need special attention because a website move does not automatically include every related service.
02
Test the destination before switching
The copied site is checked in the destination environment before public traffic is moved where practical. We review images, login access, forms and important customer journeys. If the domain changes, internal references, canonical URLs and the redirect plan are included in the migration checklist.
03
Coordinate the switch and rollback
A content freeze or final data sync may be needed if the site changes during the move. We agree the switch timing, responsibilities and backup route. DNS changes and external systems can introduce delays, so zero downtime is not promised without a suitable setup and a reviewed transition plan.
A clear scope
Know what you’re building.
We agree the page list, features, responsibilities and launch plan before development. Final deliverables and costs are confirmed in your project proposal.

01 · Discover
Review the business, existing website and essential requirements.
02 · Plan & design
Agree the structure, content and visual direction.
03 · Build & review
Implement the agreed scope and review real customer journeys.
04 · Launch & handover
Complete checks, publish and explain routine content updates.
Yes, after checking the current installation, destination plan and required access. The migration scope depends on the site.
Will email move automatically too?+
No. Mailboxes and mail DNS records need their own review and plan. A website migration should not assume they are included.
Can you guarantee no downtime?+
No universal guarantee is made. We plan the transition and rollback route around the available infrastructure.
What access is required?+
Typically authorised access to the existing site, hosting and relevant domain settings. Credentials should be shared through an agreed secure method, not a public form.
