The Challenge
Give Sunshine curates high-end, personalized gift boxes for both individual consumers and large corporate clients. However, their previous digital storefront failed to reflect the luxury nature of their products. The legacy platform suffered from sluggish mobile load times, a confusing navigation architecture, and a cumbersome checkout process that severely hampered bulk corporate orders. They needed a complete digital overhaul to elevate their brand aesthetic, streamline the user experience, and scale their B2B and B2C revenue streams without technical bottlenecks.
Our Solution
Our team initiated the project with a comprehensive UI/UX redesign in Figma, shifting the visual identity to a modern, elegant, and highly visual aesthetic. We then engineered a bespoke, custom-coded Shopify theme from the ground up, eliminating third-party app bloat to ensure blazing-fast Core Web Vitals. To address the B2B friction, we developed a custom corporate gifting portal with specialized tiered pricing, multi-address shipping capabilities at checkout, and an intuitive "Build Your Own Box" customizer to enhance the personalization experience for all users.

The newly launched platform transformed Give Sunshine's digital presence into a high-converting revenue engine.
